ARRIVAL
When you arrive at the Foz do Iguaçú airport, a member of our local agency will be waiting for you with a welcome sign with the National Geographic Learning logo. They will accompany you to your transportation to the hotel.
VENUE
Wish Foz do Iguaçu is a resort with a complete leisure structure, ideal for those looking for closer contact with nature. There are 225 hectares of green area, including an 18-hole championship golf course. The feeling of peace is even more evident by the buildings in the shape of American villas. A playlist designed exclusively for your hotel experience and the brand’s own aroma complete your stay at this original and unique resort in the region, which is close to the Iguazu Falls and the borders of Argentina and Paraguay.
A two-night reservation has been made under your name at the hotel from October 5th to October 7th. Your reservation includes a single room, all meals, and all beverages* during your two-day stay. Your group package also includes transportation from/to your city of origin to the Wish hotel.
There will be a hospitality desk in the lobby managed by National Geographic Learning to assist you with your check-in, make your stay comfortable and answer any questions you may have.
The electrical outlets in Brazil are 120 V and the plugs are type N. Please bring the necessary adapters as the hotel has a limited supply.
*Alcoholic beverages are not included.
APPERANCE RELEASE FORM
All participants have to complete and sign a form to confirm their approval for the use of photos and videos where they appear after the event. You can hand the signed copy to the team at the registration desk.
WEATHER
Foz do Iguaçu has a subtropical climate. The weather forecast for the month of October is of temperatures between 15 and 32 Celsius. As humidity is high, there is a 50% probability of rain.
DRESS CODE
Opening reception: business casual and comfortable shoes
Second day sessions: comfortable clothes – waterproof clothing (shorts, leggings, slip-resistant shoes)
Third day sessions: business casual and comfortable shoes
DEPARTURE
We have arranged free transportation for you from the hotel to the airport on Friday, October 7th. The organizing committee will inform you of the time your transport leaves the hotel the day before departure.
COVID-19 SECURITY
To participate in the conference, all attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19* (last dose must have been given a full 14 days before the day you board your flight to the conference)

USE OF MASKS
Masks will be used indoors as part of a comprehensive strategy to suppress transmission. The National Geographic Learning Team will provide masks for each of the participants for every day of the conference.
*Vaccines approved by Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa), the World Health Organization (WHO) or the authorities of the country where the traveler was immunized are allowed.
