OVERVIEW

In recent years, experts have found fascinating insights on how our brains operate and enable us to learn. How can we take advantage of this knowledge and transform it into activities that enable our students improve their use of English?

The aim of this  session is to discuss a variety of activities that will help us enhance students learning process while  catering for individual needs and learning styles.

XÓCHITL ARVIZU

A passionate teacher educator who discovered her teaching vocation at 8. Since 1991, she has taught students at different levels and age-groups, but she most enjoys working with teachers. Xóchitl has a master’s degree in education from Exeter University. She has participated in materials evaluation and development as well as directed Curriculum Design projects for many institutions. At present, she is a Team Leader for Speaking Examiners for Cambridge Assessment English and runs her own consultancy firm Creative Solutions in ELT, working alongside National Geographic Learning for a variety of academic projects.
